A celebration of Día de Muertos through taste, culture and creativity.
On 29 and 30 October, at 7:30 pm, Hyatt Regency Lisbon invites you to discover a tasting menu that brings together authentic Mexican and Portuguese flavours.
Created by Chefs Ricardo Bizarro and Eric Daniel Gonzalez Torres, this experience celebrates the culinary traditions of both countries, taking you on a journey inspired by one of Mexico’s most iconic celebrations.
Join us for three special evenings where two cultures meet at the table.
A CELEBRATION OF TRADITION AND FLAVOUR
From blue corn tamal with wild mushrooms to fresh cod with vanilla mole and duck breast glazed with traditional adobo and Port wine, each course brings Mexican and Portuguese flavours together. To finish, pastel de nata cream meets cajeta and chilli ice cream, followed by a tawny Port truffle.
